Main Uses | 1. Mainly bonding and sealing joints of aluminum alloy Doors and Windows. 2. Non-structural sealing in glass engineering and metal structure engineering. 3. Installation of all kinds of building doors and windows, other general purposes of sealing joints and waterproof sealing. |
Colours | Available in clear, black, white, grey and other designated color. |
Packaging | Available in plastic caulking cartridges(net 300 ml) and foil sausage packs(net 590 ml). |
Limitations | 1. Not applicable to all building materials that bleed oils, plasticizers or solvents. 2. Do not use in confined spaces or surfaces in direct contact with food or drinking water. 3. The surface temperature of substrates is less than 15℃ or more than 30℃, which is not suitable for construction. 4. Not suitable for adhesion on materials containing copper or copper alloy and structural bonding assembly. |
Safety Instruction | 1. Both uncured Structural sealant both uncured and in curing will release volatile compounds. Long-term inhalation of high concentration of volatile compounds will be harmful to health. Therefore, the workplace should pay special attention to maintain good ventilation. 2. Avoid contact silicone sealant with eyes before curing. In case of contact with eyes, please rinse with plenty of water and then consult a doctor. 3. After the product is completely cured, it will not release harmful substances or cause damage to the skin. 4. Before using the product, the user should first conduct the compatibility and adhesion stress test of the contact material, and then the construction operation can only be carried out after the qualification is confirmed. |
